Does TowPay integrate into my Traxero Towing Software?
TowPay comes with many pre-built integrations into the most popular towing software: Dispatch Anywhere (Beacon), TraxeroGo, Omadi and TOPS (TXI Systems). Soon we’ll be rolling out Tracker and InTow.
How much is TowPay?
2.9% + $0.30 for both card-present and card-not-present transactions.
Do you offer rate reviews?
Yes! Contact us at support@towpay.com and request a rate review. In order for us to conduct an analysis, we will need (3) recent merchant statements from your current payment provider.
What hardware is available with TowPay?
TowPay supports (2) state-of-the-art readers; one for mobile and one for desktop.

How do I get paid with TowPay?
As part of the setup process, you choose how often to receive deposits and which bank account is linked to your TowPay account. Currently, you can receive automatic payouts on a Daily, Weekly, or Monthly basis on a 2-business day delay. For example, a charge created on Monday before 8pm Eastern would be deposited into your bank account on Wednesday.
Can I switch from my current processor to TowPay?

Is TowPay Stripe?
TowPay is the first fully integrated payment processing solution for the towing and roadside assistance industry. TowPay is built on top of the Stripe platform specifically for our industry.
I already have a Stripe account, can I use that for TowPay?
No. The TowPay merchant account is a different type of account with Stripe and our integration so you must sign up for the TowPay merchant account separately.
