Your TowPay account is powered by Stripe. The terms governing your account are set out in Stripe's Connected Account Agreement:
What does this agreement cover, in brief?
It's a legal agreement between you (the business using TowPay) and Stripe, since your Stripe account is connected through TowPay as a Stripe Connect Platform.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for the goods/services you sell to your own customers.
You're financially liable for disputes, chargebacks, refunds, and fines that come from your use of Stripe's payment services.
Stripe's standard fees are listed on the Stripe Pricing page; TowPay-specific fees may differ and will be disclosed to you separately or combined with your TowPay charges.
If you can access the Stripe Dashboard directly, you're responsible for actions taken there. If you don't have dashboard access, contact TowPay support with any account questions rather than Stripe directly.
The agreement stays in effect until you disconnect your Stripe account from TowPay, or until Stripe or you end it as described in the terms.
Where can I get more detail?
