Does TowPay integrate with my towing software?

Yes. TowPay comes with pre-built integrations for the most popular towing software: Dispatch Anywhere (Beacon), TraxeroGo, Omadi, and TOPS (TXI Systems).

Yes. Email <a href="mailto:support@towpay.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">support@towpay.com</a> and ask for a rate review. To run the analysis, we'll need your 3 most recent merchant statements from your current payment provider. Please send them unredacted and unaltered.

TowPay supports several state-of-the-art card readers and pads available through Stripe.

Can my drivers take payments in the field?

Yes! Drivers can take payments on the go with Mobile Card Readers, Payment Links and Tap to Pay on their phone.

Can I take payments at the impound lot for vehicle releases?

Yes! In the lot, use a mobile card reader. At an office location, take payments right inside your towing management software with a card reader or Tap to Pay on your phone.

During setup, you choose which bank account is linked to your TowPay account and how often you want deposits. Automatic payouts are available Daily, Weekly or Monthly.

Can I switch from my current processor to TowPay?

Absolutely! We'll help you evaluate your payment needs and get you set up and processing with TowPay inside your towing management software. Contact <a href="mailto:sales@towpay.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">sales@towpay.com</a> and we'll be happy to help.

TowPay is built on the Stripe platform specifically for the towing and roadside assistance industry, and Stripe is our merchant processor and payment partner.

I already have a Stripe account — can I use that for TowPay?

No. A TowPay merchant account is a different type of Stripe account that works with our integration, so you'll need to sign up for a TowPay merchant account separately.
