This guide will show you how to process a credit card payment within the Dispatch Anywhere Driver App.
1. Log into the Dispatch Anywhere Driver App.
- You can download our app via the Apple or Play Store for iOS or Android.
2. Select the desired job that you need to make a payment for.
- In the job details, click the Credit Card icon at the bottom.
- Then Hit the + sign at the top right
- Choose the Payment Method Credit Card or TowPay and Click Continue
- Choose Capture on Device to use mobile reader or to manually enter credit card or click Send Request to send a payment link to the customer via text or email.
3. Click Submit and your transaction will be processed and your Dispatch Anywhere software will be updated!
